    What you will need is a large Jet Boat to explore the huge River and Lake system (see enclosed maps).  You may also need some ATV type vehicle so you can go to the private airstrip, which is owned by the subdivision and has dedicated easements to it.  The airstrip has one runway and one cross runway.  I would guess each one of them being apr. 1,500’, which will accommodate most signal engine bush aircraft.

    If you fly some bigger iron, there is an apr.  3,500’ runway less than a mile away and reachable by a dirt road where one also can also purchase Av Gas.

    For a corporate buyer, you can land in Dillingham which is an all weather airport and also serviced by Alaska Airlines, so you have two choices to fly your own plane to Dillingham or use Alaska Airlines.  From Dillingham a paved road will get you to the south side of the river and currently you would need someone with a boat to take you across the river. 

    But the well to do State of Alaska will furnish you with a bridge which should be ready within the next couple of years, at which point you will have a direct link to Dillingham for shopping, etc.

    The affluent owners have moved on to other interests and areas and hope somebody will enjoy this place like they have over the last 30 years.  I have personally been there many times to visit friends and can only say:  It is an awesome place in a perfect setting that will never disappoint you no matter what you like to do”.
