This is one of the great areas in Prince William Sound and only about 28 miles out of Seward by boat. Or one may be able to charter a wheel or float plane and land along the beach.
Here you can view huge Glaciers and Icebergs floating in the lake about a mile and a half back from the bay. There are huge trees, lots of wildlife and many areas to explore.
Fishing is outstanding throughout the area; be it for Salmon, Halibut, Crab, Shrimp, etc. One may even see a breaching Whale as they move through the area on their migration, north or south.
A great, remote parcel located literally in "Paradise" with the Chugach National Forest surrounding the area with the lot next to it being owned by the Nature Conservancy.
The owner started a project for a cabin, which is almost all framed up and lots of material is on site (see Improved Property Fact Sheet). There is no roof on the framed up structure but it is very heavily tarped. As the owner said, it is built tough with heavy treated lumber and stout to beat Hell!
So if you do not have two left hands this could be a nice project for you and best of all, it is in an area that offers 35' deep moorage with a tag line running to an anchor buoy that was installed about 3 years ago.
A fresh water creek is bisecting the property and provides seasonable fresh water (with some doing hydro electric may be possible.)
Yes it is expensive but you get what you pay for, as so many properties out there are exposed to wind and waves. This makes it truly a "Great Find!".
A great opportunity for a fine, ocean front tract!
