This is absolutely one of the better, affordable buys and Best of all, just a short walk to the Talachulitna River, which is one of southeast Alaska’s Premier Fishing StreamS with all 5 Species of Salmon, Trophy Rainbow, Arctic Char and Grayling.

The lake is about a 50 minute flight from Anchorage or one may take a jet boat from Willow up the river and hike in.  And of course, in the winter you have snowmobile access.

The Improvements consist of 2 cedar Cabins.  The owner says he has not used the cabins for several years and they may need some TLC, but then for the price offered, how can you go wrong?

Please check it, but be careful depending on the airplane you fly.  It is plenty long enough for a Super Cub or Beaver.  For you C-206 pilots…. You be the judge.
