If you are looking for something remote – look no farther, as this area is extremely difficult to get to winter or summertime.  But this is a good thing if you like to hunt.  As the rumor has it that one of the largest moose ever to be shot in Alaska came out of this area (84”).

Even in the wintertime on snowmobile it is quite a trip, as snow depths can be 6’ to 10’ on the ground.  As the name implies, only Super Cubs can land here, either on small lakes nearby or in winter on skis.
