At the 2nd lake up the Fish Creek chain of lakes is where you will find this nice cabin. There are only a total of 4 cabins on this lake and it is quite secluded. Although the preferred access is by airplane (Beaver, Super Cub, etc.) one may also access it by snowmobile or a small jet boat up Fish Creek when the water levels are high enough.
Red Salmon can be seen spawning throughout this area and there is also great Pike fishing. Moose and bear may be seen frequently.
The 16’x 20’ cabin has a sleeping loft and comes with just about everything one needs for bush living (truly off the grid living).
There is a 24’ sand point well, which produces good drinking water even in the winter (hand pump). An 8’x 8’ workshop is well equipped and there is also a covered area for firewood, although it has seen better days (needs to be straightened out).
So if you look for a place where all you have to bring are your clothes, then look no farther as you just have found the “Perfect” place (see Inventory List for all the details).
The price is only $58,500.- but the retired owner will only take cash.
A great price for all that you are getting!!!
