    (Since the Seller provided us with this excellent Narrative, we felt there was nothing left to be said)

    Cabin-2 story, 16x24, tongue and groove cedar throughout, has a day or two more work to complete TNG.  Top floor has 2 queen size bunk beds (4 queen beds) and 2 couches, TV, vaulted ceilings with rough timber supports.

    Down stairs has eating table, full size stove, propane frig. maple cabinets, some still need to be hung, flat screen TV, Blaze King wood stove and Kuma oil stove and a sofa sleeper bed. It is set up with solar, inverter, charge controller. Batteries have been removed so new ones are needed. Lots of canned lighting upstairs and down. Cabin sits on 12 6 foot deep sono tubes. TV reception is really good. Cell phones need an amplifier which I have installed.

    Garage/shower house/sauna- 16x24, 2x6 walls, is split in two and insulated. One half has garage door on the back and man door on the front. This is to store 4 wheelers, log splitters, riding mower etc.
    It also has a wood stove if you needed to work on something when it's cold.

    The other half has the well head to get water; sauna and I had planned to set up a shower. There is a full size tub surround in place, pressure tank and I have an instant propane hot water heater for showers. I didn't complete the shower project but all the parts are there's so it wouldn't take much. Also has a lot of storage above.

    Sauna is killer! Stove was purchased from Finland. Made with all clear cedar so no knots that can burn you. Sauna stove is fed from outside so no Heat loss, wood debris or smoke gets in the sauna.  Has rocks on the top to put water on. Sauna also has a real sauna door to exit into shower room. Also has a window to open when it gets too hot and it will.

    Pavilion is bigger than 16x24. Good place to keep fire wood. Park 4 wheelers out of the rain, skin a bear or hang a moose. Very useful structure. Lots of Storage above here too.

    Generator shed is 8x12 with a work bench, storage above and a shower in it. Generator is brand new, less than an hour on it.

    Outhouse is 8x8, 2 seater, storage above, pit is 2 - 3' culvert tubes set on their sides approx 5 feet deep.

    The cabin, generator shed and outhouse are wired to use with generate and solar/battery system.

    The Well is 91 feet deep, no tannins, iron, sulfur or salt. Crystal clear and it pegged the meter at 30 gallons per minute. This is a true blessing. Very lucky, as all my neighbors have bad water. 

    I planted a couple Mountain Ashes and Canadian Choke Cherry trees that are doing great. Moose like them too.

    The cabin sits on high ground just off the river. There is a beaver pond and small creek below that I see a lot of game in. No chance of flooding. The trail to the cabin was made by bulldozer so it's really nice. It's about a 10 minute walk from where you park the boat.

    A few acres were bull dozed around the cabin for fire protection, golf and a 100 yard shooting range. It's about a 27 mile snowmachine ride from the Deshka Landing.

    There is a well groomed trail on the right side of the river just below Root Beer Creek which sits across from Fish and Game's fish wheel (about a mile or two below Luce's) that will lead to the cabin. You'll pass a few structures just off the river and then take a 90 to the left passed my neighbor. Keep going up the hill and in 300 yards or so you'll be there.

    There is a landing strip on the river too.   Lots of building materials there too.

    It's great spot with lots of opportunities. The property also offers a  nice view of Sleeping Lady.

    But best of all is the Price of only $179,000.-
    Seller would prefer cash but may look at some terms with a large down payment.
