"This property has a unique balance of seclusion and accessibility. Several miles off the Parks Highway. Accessed by Kobe Road (about 15 miles north of Healy, 30 miles south of Nenana) with the nearest town being Anderson and Clear AFB.
You can drive right up to the property in a 4x4 truck or SUV during summer if it hasn't been raining too much; you may want to use an ATV otherwise or snowmachine in winter. People do live out there (closest neighbor would be about a mile southwest) and the dirt road is sometimes plowed in winter, up to a point at least.
