A very nice, convenient setting as it is only about a 15-minute float plane/ski flight North from Talkeetna, to get you to this nice comfortable Cabin.
This is the "Best" location on the lake, as it is right at the Outlet where the Salmon come in and we all know that the Rainbow follow. Just a great place to fish!
If hunting is in your blood, I have been told there have been some great Moose coming out of this area and of course, you have Bears, Brown & Black.
You occasionally may see some smaller groups of Caribou coming through if you climb the surrounding hills.
The Cabin has all one can expect out there in a wilderness setting and yes, you are totally "Off the Grid".
A great Buy, a good Location, all it needs now is a little TLC to spruce it up, as the present owner has not been using it for some time.
