The site lends itself perfectly for your planned improvements.  It is relatively easy to get building materials shipped to Dillingham and barged directly to your site.  Then you can build what you want and the way you want it and maybe save a buck in the process.

The young family who bought this property enjoyed it immensely with all their friends and children (see photos), but they realize the property is destined for greater things and therefore they want to pass it on to the “right” people for a great price.
