Well, if you want something nice you can be proud of in the middle of the World's best Fishing, then look no further.

For the "Best" Fishing, many books, articles have been written about the Wood River - Tikchik State Park region, so you may want to Google some of this yourself. All my personal experience has been; It is great and can hardly get any better!
During the "Big" Red run you literally feel like you can cross the Wood River on the backs of the fish as they migrate through there by the millions; all beautiful Red salmon.
But then Rainbow fishing is outstanding as well, as many fly fishermen can attest to this. For instance, at the mouth of the Agulowak River you may get tired of catching beautiful Rainbow after Rainbow.
If you are a hunter, well we all know, where there are Salmon there are Bears and many a big Moose came out of the Wood River - Tikchik State Park.
So, not only is this place convenient to reach, jump in an Alaska Airplane from your home town in the morning, with direct connections to Dillingham, Alaska, from there about a half hour ride, cab or your pickup truck, to the public boat landing and just a short hop to your private, secluded destination.
It even comes with a nice 20' boat, a 2025, 80hp Yamaha jet with a 9.9hp trolling motor.
Tell me, can it get any better than this!
