     Two parcels, each with beach access: 160-acre U.S. Survey 7804 (Parcel 1) and 5-acre INL Lot 10 (Parcel 2) are both on the North shore of Lake Iliamna, which is approximately 200 miles southwest of Anchorage. Lake Iliamna has a vast surface area of 1,100 square miles, essentially it is a freshwater sea. It is where millions upon millions of sockeye salmon spawn, year-after-year.

Runway 170/350 is 4,800 feet long by 100 feet wide (1,463 x 30 m). The airport facility also includes two seaplane landing areas: Runway E/W measures 2,998 x 400 ft. (914 x 122 m) and Runway N/S measures 2,892 x 400 ft. (881 x 122 m).

     The 5-acre lot is located within a short drive from the airport. Potential uses for the 5-acre lot, or indeed, for either lot, are endless. Water and sewer, and electricity hook-ups are all available to the 5-acre lot. The 160-acre lot is in more remote Eagle Bay, approximately 9 miles East of Iliamna Airport. During summer it is accessible by boat or seaplane and in winter by snow machine.
