Of course you would have float plane access from the City of Kodiak or fly in to Larsen Bay where you may keep a boat in the harbor to take the short trip across Uyak Bay to the property.

Yes, there may be some lots for sale around Kodiak, but you would be hard pressed to find anything with this protection and a fresh water source.
