If you want a quiet, remote setting, here you will find your little piece of "Paradise". I personally fly over this lake quite frequently and I have never seen anyone else there. Maybe it is too remote for some people or that it is a small lake, as it would only be accessible by a Super Cub or possibly a Beaver to haul building materials in. If you are the pilot you be the judge.
It is about a 45 minute flight time from Anchorage on floats or skis, but best of all, you are only about a half mile away from the World "Famous" fishery of Lake Creek. A clear water salmon stream that has all Species of Salmon plus "Trophy" size Rainbow.
If you are a hunter, I would say all you have to be is patient as something will come by; be it a Moose – Bear, maybe even a Wolverine and on a rare occasion even a Wolf.
If you build high enough off the ground you should get a great view of McKinley and the Alaska Range.
And all of this for the very affordable price of only $17,500.-
