About 500' back from the Lake, up on a little hill, is where you find this nice set up. A well-equipped, clean main Cabin with a Sleeping Cabin next to a couple of Outbuildings on the other side.

It is only about 20 miles from the highway (Tolsona Lake), which has a year-round open Lodge with great Food and Brew! From here you can charter an airplane (Lee's Air Taxi) or in the winter, it is a nice, easy going snowmobile trail.
There are winter trail systems throughout the area to Lake Louise and beyond and plenty of ATV trails to explore during the summer. Summers are usually very nice and warm, and winters are on the cooler side, with temperatures occasionally reaching to 35 or 40 below. But what a time to view the spectacular Northern Lights!!!
It is about a 3-hour drive from Anchorage towards Glennallen on a year round maintained highway to Tolsona Lake, which would be "jumping off" spot, with plenty of off road parking.
All in all, a great buy for that much Land and all the Improvements!
