    This is one of the most desirable locations and the reason for this is it is just a short distance off the grid so to speak. This then offers easy access either by boat from Willow/Deshka Landing or by snowmobile from the Little Susitna parking lot and it is only about a half hour trip. For you pilots (skis or floats) it is only a 10 minute flight from Anchorage.

    Also there is a large Garage type building with work space on either side, just in case you want to store your “Toys” inside for winter or summer. It is set up with a drive through sliding door.

    Well if that is not enough, you have a small Root Cellar in case you want to grow some vegetables or keep your wine and beer cool for a Midnight Sun party.

    Also there is a nice staircase leading down to the beach.

    This place is literally set up for you to just bring your toothbrush and start enjoying it right away. Dishes, pots and pans, knives and forks, bedding, furniture, tools, Honda generator, outboard motor, boat, BBQ, numerous propane bottles, etc. etc.

    Well let’s not forget the air tight wood stove, the stacked washer and dryer, hot water heater and the list goes on.

    Your wife will be happy too as everything is very neat and clean!

    The water system, toilet, etc. works great in the summer, but in the winter it needs to be drained and you may have to go back in time and use the “ol” outhouse.

    This area supports a large population of Moose, Bear (black and brown) and of course, it is great Salmon fishing and the fish are bright and feisty as you are only a short distance from the ocean.

    Now hang on because for all of this you may expect to pay an arm and a leg, but it is very reasonably priced at $100K, well, $99,900.-

    But the Estate needs the cash for the taxes and as a rule there is no financing available for those types of places. So unless you have the cash dollars in your hand it is not going to work.
