This quiet Lake Front setting is about 2 miles north west of Hewitt Lake or about 10 miles from Skwentna. Access to it is by floatplane from Anchorage or Willow or by snowmobile. A snowmobile trip can be anywhere from 3 to 4 hours depending upon conditions.
And there is also wheel plane access on a state strip, apr. 1,200’ long, next to the Yentna River Lodge. It is about 3 miles from the strip to the cabin via a well maintained trail. The trail has been in the same location for over 20 years.
This apr. ¾ mile long lake is only about 1½ miles from the Yentna River and one may finalize a trail (a portion of is already in existence) to get access that way.
For sure, the setting is quiet and secluded.
The Best of all, you have a beautiful, nicely finished Cabin which is quality built and about 9 years old. The builder was a craftsman and did a lot of his own work, including milling the lumber. It is well insulated for year round use and comes with all the essentials one could possibly want. It is furnished and all the appliances are included (propane refrigerator, cook stove, etc.).
In addition, it comes with a portable sawmill, a small dozer, 1 Suzuki ATV with winch, 1 Honda Foreman 4 wheeler, one small trailer and one heavy duty trailer for hauling logs, generator, gas grill, lawnmower, and the List goes on (see enclosed Owner’s Inventory and Description).
There is even a 100 gallon Water Tank, a pressure Pump and an Instant Hot Water Heater for a shower. If that is not enough, there is also a Log Guest Cabin, a large Shop Building and of course, the “Ol” Outhouse for the winter.
Best of all may be the view of Mt. McKinley and Mt. Foraker to the north.
As you can see, this is truly one of those nice comfortable places ready for your enjoyment and really all you have to bring is your tooth brush and a steak for the grill.
The out of state owner will let you have this Place for a bargain price of only: $125,000.-
But it would have to be all cash. As he said, he wants to spend it all while he is still “kickin”.
