Hiline Lake is a beautiful quiet lake, totally off the grid, located about 70 miles as the crow flies westerly from Anchorage.
Access is pretty much limited to float or ski plane, although one may get there by snowmobile from up the Yentna River – Skwentna and from there you would be pretty much on your own. There are no existing snowmobile trails so you may have to make your own.
I have been told by experienced riders it is not an easy trip to get there.
The property itself is nicely wooded with a heavy brush ground cover.
The area is great for Moose and Bear hunting and there is excellent fishing in the world renown Talachulitna River, which is within hiking distance but you may have to do some brush cutting for your comfort level.
The property is priced right, especially since it is surrounded by State land to the west and to the north.
Only $19,900.-
But the elderly seller prefers cash, as he said he wants to spend it while he is still kickin".
Make your dream as well as his come true.
