This Lot is at the end of the subdivision and a bit bigger than most, so you have a very nice, quiet setting and being back in that bay will protect you from the north westerly winds coming through the Pass.

Here you have the advantage if you are not a pilot yourself to have scheduled air service from Anchorage, drop you off and pick you up, on a daily basis. 

For Fishing or Hunting, this is certainly the "Spo"t to be!  There is a large Red Salmon run that makes it up into Lake Clark and with it you get "Monster" Arctic Char, Lake Trout, Rainbow and Grayling.

For you hunters there is Moose and Caribou in the area and of course, where ever you have a large salmon run, you will find the bears.

The scenery is outstanding!  And this is a great place to explore; either by boat, kayak or wilderness hikes.
