The Village location has great, twice daily, commercial flight service from the City of Kodiak.

The location has; Village Water – Electric and Phone.  A Satellite Dish completes the connection in this remote area.

The Lodge consists of 7 Bedrooms, a Dining Room to accommodate 12 or more guests with a Bar and Rec Room, all tastefully and fully furnished, including Teak outdoor furniture and chairs.

In addition, you have a superb equipped Kitchen that any Chef would drool over.  A 3 door Traulsen Refrigerator, 6 Burner Vulcan Stove, Dishwasher, Mantiwoc Ice Machine and 4 25 cubic foot Freezers.  Of course, there are many other large Items that go with the sale, such as 2 F150 P/U, Honda ATV, Polaris 6 Wheeler and more.

The fishing is done with one or two excellent Boats and in all protected Inland waters.  Needless to say, the Fishing is some of the "Best" Alaska has to offer from Salmon to Rock Fish as well as Halibut and Crab.
