A very nice and clean kept Cabin with several Outbuildings (see pictures) at a very desirable location. It is here where you can bring your family including the little ones and have them fish literally off the doorstep for Grayling, until their arm falls off.
With that said, the Lake Louise Lake System, which stretches to the north about 30 miles way back into Tyone Lake/Creek, offers some of the Best Lake Trout and Burbot fishing in the State.
Trophy size Lake Trout from 35 lbs. are not uncommon. And of course, it is here where literally thousands of Caribou (the Mighty Nelchina herd) cross every Spring and Fall, to and from there, on their annual migration.
Of course, you may see a Black or Brown Bear and you may spot a Wolf or two on a rare occasion, as they chase the Caribou (their preferred meal).
The Cabin itself shows it's German ownership with everything neat and clean; Wood Stove, Propane Lights and a Generator, all there and ready for you to use.
This is an Excellent Buy, with easy access at the end of the road just past the airstrip, for launching your Boat or start out from one of the lodges.
It is close to a four-hour drive from Anchorage on a year-round maintained road; a scenic trip by itself.
