Well, if you think you get a great view of McKinley being in the Park, it is nothing compared to what you will have here!
Here you are looking straight at the tallest mountain in North America and you are only about 800' above sea level; that will make it the largest mountain in the World to look at. Check the facts, even the Himalayas will not be that impressive.
And all that is only about a 2-and-a-half-hour drive north of Anchorage and about 8½ miles West on Petersville Road. That is where the Trail Head is to this nice, wooded parcel,
The Trail is about 3½ miles or so, doable by ATV, UTV or snowmobile. A nice little adventure through unspoiled wilderness.
If Hunting or Fishing is in your blood, there is certainly a large Moose population throughout that area and of course, there is both Brown and Black bears, and you may see the occasional Wolf Pack.
It is a Paradise for outdoor activities and specially for snowmobiling as the area is known to get an early snow cover lasting well into April.
I have been told one may catch the occasional Grayling or Trout in the Creek, as well as some spawning Salmon that might make it up that far.
Photo opportunities abound, from the Mountain glowing in the Midnight Sun or to be engulfed in the Northern Nights.
I have been told the price is higher than some of the parcels in the area, but you have to see for yourself and I am sure once you have been there for a while, you would call this a "Million Dollar" parcel because of the View.
For only $85,000.- this can be all yours.
