About 3.5 miles in on Petersville Road (W) from the Parks Highway intersection, is where you take the trail to the south (known as 9 Mile Creek Trail).
The trail almost goes to Aurora Lake (a long skinny lake) about 2 miles in. You go about less then a mile and a half when you will get to the property. The property is on the east side of the trail, heavy wooded and slightly sloping. The trail is strictly an ATV trail and can be on the muddy side right at the beginning (off Petersville Road) and then it turns into a good ATV trail to and past the property.
After some clearing, you should get a spectacular view of the Alaska Range, Mt. McKinley and Mt. Foraker! After all they stick out about 4 miles and nothing but wilderness between you and the mountains.
A GPS will come in handy and make sure the Datum is set to NAD27. If you are familiar with Google Earth it too will be helpful.
The area is known for good Moose hunting, Snowmobiling and Fishing throughout this area I have been told is outstanding.
