A nice quiet setting with Onestone Lake right there. A great place to spend some time "off the grid", build yourself a recreation cabin or…. Do some hunting or fishing.
Access would be by float or ski plane or snowmobile. It is close to an hour flight from Anchorage along the beautiful Yentna River.
The lot has some native trees, Alders and Willows. I have been told the area offers some great berry picking.
Of course, you are very close to the Iditarod – Sled Dog Trail, which is a huge event in early March. And there is also the Iron Dog Race that goes through that area the middle of February. The world's largest snowmobile race, 2000 miles; Anchorage – Nome – Fairbank.
The rest of the time, well, you won't see much more then a moose or a bear.
The Price is only $9,900.-
