This is a very remote location and
this high and dry parcel would lend
itself perfectly for a commercial type
of development, such as fishing or hunting
lodge, private cabins, etc.
This property is located apr. 380 air
miles SW from Anchorage, about 60 miles
NW of Dillingham or apr. 13 NE from the
native village of Togiak.
The property is mostly level with some
low brush and tundra type growth. Access
usually is by float, ski plane or boat.
In the wintertime one may reach this area
by snowmobile from Togiak.
The 160 acres are located about 3½ miles
south of the boundary of the Togiak National
Wildlife Refuge and has over ½ mile of
river frontage. Needless to say, the Togiak
River is one of the finest fisheries that
can be found in this area.
Hunting is fantastic throughout this
area, as one has endless river miles to
explore. You may not see another soul
for a long time, as this is truly "Remote"
Alaska.

Seller prefers cash, but
may look at terms.
