Just about 4 miles west on the Alaska Highway from Tok and less then a quarter mile to the south is where you will find a nice, level building lot, treed, level and just waiting for your design.
Tok is a very nice community, clean and a great place to live and raise your children. Here you have schools, churches, medical clinic, gas station, a great food store, several nice restaurants, great biking trails and of course, a bar or two to cool you down. The summers can get fairly warm, occasionally 90 degrees.
Well the opposite holds true for the winter; if you cannot handle the cold this may not be the place for you.
But look around, where else can you find a nice building lot for under ten grand? Almost unheard of in the real world. And you do not have any real property taxes!
