If you have never been to south east Alaska, well you owe it to yourself to visit.  As those areas offer some of the most breathtaking Scenery you can just imagine.  We are proud to offer such a beautiful property in a very protected bay and the back of the lot backing into State land.  The property is nicely treed and with State land behind you, you may never run out of firewood.

There are numerous logging roads throughout the area, and I have been told that one may make it by ATV to Wrangell depending on possible wash-outs and overgrown trails. And maybe some of the trails are blocked off.

This is only about 20 miles out of Wrangell as the crow flies, just a hop for a float plane or boat. Needless to say, if you like fishing, be it all species of Salmon or hunting for Bear or Deer you may just have found paradise.         

Those of you who are more into taking pictures and want to get around in a canoe this area would be perfect for you, as you may never get tired of exploring all the little Inlets and Bays this area has to offer.  And yes, there is a good chance to see a breaching Whale, Sea Otter, Bald Eagle or other such Creatures.
