Intersection of trail and southwest corner, since they are unsurveyed quarter sections,

access trails, etc. to be verified by a buyer.

Here you have the opportunity, with a little adventuresome spirit, to drive a pickup truck, ATV, most of the way to the property. The last few miles may require a little bit more effort and trail clearing.
Although people are using this pioneer trail to get to their own property, and as you can see on the included maps it bisects one property on the southwest corner. There are section line easements along the borders.
Although the property slopes towards the Eagle River, there are several building shelves for your intended structure.
Please don't expect school bus service or public utilities as this is off the grid, just like some pioneers at the turn of the century used to live.
For the first time visit we highly recommend an overflight with one of the air taxis out of Anchorage or... as only this way you will see the vast expanse of the area and the beautiful mountain ranges, places to hike to and explore.
The retired owner lives out of state and as he said: "He would make someone a heck of a deal if they buy both parcels", and may even finance a portion. So, what is holding you up? You want that other guy to jump in front of you, as rarely will you find a bargain like this one around.
