North on the Parks Highway to about Mile Post 127 where there is a big turnout – parking lot and it is from there you would have to start, about 2 miles west to the property.  The parcel itself is located on the west side of Trapper Creek (see maps and survey).

The roads shown on the survey are "paper platted" granted access, but at best you will find a 4 wheel trail that will get you close.  There are all kinds of trails throughout that area, most of them leading to someone's cabin.  So please be respectful of private properties.

What may take you with a 4 wheel 3-4 hours in the summer time, in the winter by snowmobile it may be less than a half hour.

This is a nice, wooded parcel and with some clearing may get you a view of Mt. McKinley and the Alaska Range.

It is a great buy for only $15,000.- But the seller does prefer cash.
