This is the only lake that is accessible by jet boat from the Yentna River. This beautiful, large southerly Lot will make someone a great building site for their recreation or year-round purpose.
The parcel in the back shows it is owned by the State of Alaska, and you have state land all the way back to the Yentna River.
But your boat access would actually be from the south side of Hewitt Lake along Hewitt Creek to the Yentna River.
It is right at the mouth of Hewitt Creek where you will find all species of Salmon that move up to their spawning grounds at the higher reaches of the Yentna River.
For those who like to get some hunting in, well, you literally have 100's of miles of river to go after your trophy Moose or a big Bear, brown or black, along all the many spawning streams feeding this large river system.
It's about a good 3-hour trip by jet boat from Willow – Deshka Landing (same for snowmobile). Or you are less than an hour flight by float or ski plane from Anchorage.
Depending on your carrier you should have good cell service as there is a large cell tower on Shell Hills, about 5 miles to the south.
And for those of you who don't want to haul all your building materials in by boat or snowmobile, there is barge service to the lake (depending on water levels) or snowmobile freight service from the Deshka Landing.
This is an excellent price for the large acreage! So please do not wait too long as I am afraid by this coming summer it may be gone.
The Price is: $49,900.-
But for this low price it has to be all cash..
