Two large parcels in a total wilderness setting, off the grid, about 70 miles northwest of Anchorage. And located between two famous Rivers, about 3 miles from Lake Creek for some great Salmon and Trout fishing! And about a half mile from the Kahiltna River.
There is "Great" Moose and Bear hunting, as there is hardly anyone out there.
Hard to get to but well worth the effort if you are looking for solitude and getting away from it all.
Summer access would be by floatplane (Super Cub type with a skilled pilot). In the winter you will be able to get there by snowmobile, but you better be an experienced rider as there are no known trails once you get off the Yentna River.
With some clearing one should get a view of the Alaska Range, Mt. McKinley and the surrounding areas. There is plenty of firewood as the area had some infestation by spruce beetles, which only affects the large, mature trees. There is still lots of Birch and young Spruce trees throughout the area.
The Price for each Parcel is only $25,000.-
But the elderly seller wants cash. As he said, "He wants to spend it while he is still kickin."
