Very rarely does an opportunity present itself like this one. A Beautiful Cabin in a Breathtaking Area teeming with Wildlife.

There are only a couple of places on this lake, which I usually call them weekend warriors, meaning that they may be there during the few holidays we have in the summer.

This place is really only accessible by aircraft with the most logical jumping off point being Kenai.  From there it is straight across Cook Inlet.

Certainly less expensive then flying out of Anchorage. But either way it would be a beautiful flight where you see the backdrop of this area, which consists of nothing but year round Glacier Capped Mountains, Emerald Green Forests and mostly untouched wilderness.

As the owner said, it took a lot of physical strength to bring all the materials up to the top of the hill (and a couple cases of beer), but all well worth it.  There is an unobstructed view from there over the Cook Inlet, the Kenai mountains and all the wildlife viewing; be it Eagles – Bears – Moose and with a good set of binoculars you may even see Beluga whales.

No, the cabin is not finished, but what is done is top quality and now you can add your own personal touch, as all the hard work is done.

The price for this "Jewel" is truly remarkably low, but the out of state owner had some
 personal issues and wants a quick sale.  The Price is only $57,000.-
